Default steering?

Well i got my ram steering fix installed today by the shop i go to and it still didn't solve the wonder problem and there's still play somewhere. Steering wheel is tight but still a little play and it seems like it's binding a little somewhere. Shop seems to think a ball joint is locking up and track bar maybe causing the wondering but the front end is all replaced except for the wheel u joints, 1 wheel bearing, control arm bushings, pitman arm and gear box and shaft. Also I noticed that it seems my brand new tires are starting to wear on the outside just a little but one side worse then the other. Tires only have like maybe 1200 miles on them. I'm getting very frustrated with all this stuff and just want the darn thing fixed right. What do you guys think?

got a jack, jackstands, and a friend? get them all together, and thoroughly inspect your steering, starting at the column, and go all the way thru it.
