I used to think I was the only one having trouble getting money for my truck.

tell me about it, you wouldn't believe the reindeer games I have to play when it's time to get parts for the truck. I will earn some extra cash along the way, hide parts in the garage and then spend all day putting them in under the guise of an "oil change"

when I was single put to my truck a $2000 hood (functional ram air-heat extractor) $1500 front grill & bumper (rdx open mouth) & 700 in air bags-compressor, $2500 in sound sistem, $850 exaust, and always was running hp toyos or yokohamas. and in the last monts lifted 3 inches my truck using the same lowering kit (was lowered 2-4) just spent $125 in coilsprings. now I need new shocks and my wife says, hey you spend too much in the truck ups!

The o-rings should be changed (and lubed first) any time the fuel injectors get pulled.

As for the wife, tell her that truck parts are cheaper than hookers.
Then give here a big kiss, smile and walk away without saying another word.

So what were your main indicators that the plenum was your issue? I know power is part of it, just curious where you were losing power/how it shows itself in your driving?

I ask because I have low power, but mostly low end, but I am not experiencing oil consumption which some people say is one of the main complaints associated with plenum issues.

Flip the flies back on your tb and look inside the intake manifold for pooling oil... If its there, its either your pcv or your plum gasket.. most plenum gaskets give up the ghost on these things early... You'll hear every once in a while of one 150k+ miles that have good gaskets, but it isn't common.
