Default shifting late hits rev limiter

so the video below is a guy on youtube who's truck does exactly wut mine does... ive adjusted the tv cable both forward and back to try and fix this but with no luck and i dont move it much just a hair... seems to only happen when im already moving and punch it.. but if i go from a stop and punch it it will shift right most of the time.. also on some cases my 2nd to 3rd gear will go in neutral or something goes out of gear and revs up then i let off it and its good... first time it did it i adjusted the tv cable and stopped. i got the adjusting the tv cable from someone on here cause when i installed my throttle body and intake it started going out of gear in between 2-3 gear so he said give it a try and it worked. but the late shift been driving me crazy so i thought it still wasnt right . seems im not the only one who is having this problem.. clearly this video shows!

Yeah the design of it it allows fluid to fill it and doesn't work properly. Theres a gm style sensor to correct this problem.

It's inside the trans, I believe you have to drop the valve body to get to it.

The tps shouldn't affect the shift points.
