Default 1998 ram 1500 stalls when going into gear??

my trucks been really rough on me lately. i just had the trans rebuilt, now it stalls when i go into gear mostly reverse and damn near everytime. it rarely does it in drive. i thought it was the throttle body or intake being plugged so i took them off and cleaned them, cleaned the IAC, it got a bit better i don't have to two-foot so much in reverse, only at first. any suggestions? maybe the TPS? its a brand new torque converter too.
it's a 98 ram with a 318, 46re trans i believe. or A518? i've heard that before i'm not sure.

I would go back and visit the folks that did the trans, and have them take a look......

It could be some trash in the valve body. when I had my transmission rebuilt it was stalling when in gear because some trash was stuck in the vb
