I have a 1996 Dodge ram 5.2 liter magnum. it has what looks to be a 2 barrel carburetor but there also seems to be fuel rails going down the block. i heard that its just how dodge has there air filters but my truck is burning rich after i have replaced the o2 sensors and all the sparkplugs so i was thinking that if that is a carburetor then it just needs to be adjusted

 

wrong place I believe, but no that thing is the throttle body.
