Default performance/power upgrades?

just got some new 18s xd spy on some 275/65's and they look SWEEEET.. just need to know some cheapy performance/power upgrades i can do.. already got the hiflow cat, and looking into an intake system, anything else i can do for around or underish 400-500$ ?
if you can please help me with:
upgrade / brand / price / hp?

14x3 mopar round air cleaner 77$/summitracing.com idk about hp numbers here
sct programmer 265$/http://www.hemifevertuning.com/ 20 or more hp best mod for our trucks
pacesetter headers short or long under 300$/summitracing.com and other websites prob 10 hp
harland sharp 1.7 roller rockers under 400$/http://southeastperformance.com/20 hp 10 + to wheels
gears 4.10/4.56/4.88 any of those for your truck prob under 600
shift kit under 150
msd coil
underdrive pulley under 80 10 hp prob
180 thermostate cools the engine for more hp
e-fans

those are some there are more other people prob know alot more upgrades

Clean truck man, love the color lol. Mines that color now. I'd say the 14x3 then the tuner as said before then go from there.

You just buy it off hemifever then he sends to you. Plug it into ur obd2 port and install the tune.

Sean is an awesome guy. He helped me out on a Saturday when I got mine. I have never had customer service like that.

Ya every question i got for him he answers. Hes a great guy. Will help you out with w/e you got. And work with you if you dont got alot of knowledge of certain things

Hemifever tune, intake and underdrive pulleys should start you off good in the right direction.

Ya i agree the sct. Intake.U/d pulley. And for your budget wutever else u can spring in there with the cash you have. But the sct with 1.7 roller rockers is like the 2 best mods for the money. But all mods listed will increase you more and more. With every mod u will see good gains
