Default i think i have a fuel problem.

ok this is the second time im posting this the first time i didnt really get any good answers on how to check into this and figure out what was going on. plus i was broke lol now i have the money to look into it.

ok so in every gear but first if i get on it @ about 3000 rpm's or so the engine will momentarily cut out and as fast as it happened it comes back on, if i stay on it, it will jump and cutout and come back on over and over again, in first gear it's closer to 4500 rpms once in a blue moon it'll cutout around 3000 but not all that often.

anyone have any idea where to start looking into? thanks in advance

Test your tps.
Test your fuel injectors.
Check your fuel pressure.
Test your ignition coil.
Always start with the free stuff.

if it is the injectors, i have a full intake setup off of a 95 with a 5.2, are they compatible with the 5.9?

Do you have a Haynes manual? It has the procedures on how to test all that.

ok so today i replace; tps, plugs, wire, cap and rotor. this made a hell of a difference but in second gear around 4000 rpms it cut out again not nearly as dramatic though. next pay check im going to look into the ignition coil and try and get my tranny back up and workin right.
