i was wondering whats the largest size tire i could put on my 1997 ram 1500 4x4 with a 360 without changinf the gearing

Stock 3.55 gears? You could do 285/75, but, would sacrifice some bottom end grunt.

i had 35s and stock gears on my old dodge for a while. but i wouldnt suggest that. it was a dog...

I had 35's, and moved down to the 33s. The 33s are great! The 35s looked good, but killed the car. It cried at me frequently. I recommend nothing larger than 33 on the 3.55 rearend. I have the 360 too!

(actual dimensions 33.2" - 285 treadwright warrens)
