Default Sputtering & Shaking when first started

hey guys, forum newbie here.

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 with 240,000k (149,000miles)

I just bought it used, it runs great except for one thing, When its first started up, and until its warmed up a bit, when its idling either in park or drive it has a bit of a rough idle. The RPM does not fluctuate on the gauge, but you can hear the sputtering in the tailpipe, and the truck shakes alot, you can really feel it in the cab.

I just changed the Serpentine belt, Idler pulley and tensioner, I also changed the plugs and wires.

Also ran some Seafoam through the gas tank and did the Brake booster smoke show

This problem goes away once its warmed up...

Anyone have any ideas?

Much appreciated!

Have not done the cap and rotor yet, no codes.

Could you point me in the direction of said thread?
