Default need a how to on removing back trays from behind the seat and tranny trouble

Well. My rear window seal is leaking on my 97 RAM with the 5.9.... Anyone know how to take the trays out, my top driverside tray is full of water and I want it out..... Second up is the 47re from hell in that same truck. A lot of people on here seem to have 1st to second issues, well this is a 2-3 problem. Second gear it will rev to 3500 - 4000 rpm before shifting...anyone know what's the deal with the tranny or how to remove rear storage trays???

Governor sensor, or solenoid going out, or, band out of adjustment. By the way, it's a 46RE.

No clue on the trays.

I think I just won the moron of the year award. Haha and thanks for the help. The top tray is full of water and I hope we get the tranny fixed so there is no slipping when I go to school in the spring of 2012
