Default High mile maintenance

My ram has alot of miles on it now, around 208k. Since it has been new the oil filter and engine oil has beem changed every 3k miles, but nothing else has. A few months ago i changed the tranny fluid and the oil pan gasket for the tranny. I was wondering what else I should do? Maybe chage the oil in the front and rear diffs? transfer case? Need help!! Thanks!
