The one in front of the radiator is an additional cooler. The one in the radiator will always be there, the one in front was part of the heavy duty option package, or, the towing package. If you have at least one, you should be ok, but, I think I would be workin' real hard on getting the one that isn't in use cleared out, and back into the circuit.
