Governor Pressure Sensor Voltage?
Hallo I'm new to the Forum! I have a similar problem with a code P0783 shift 3-4 I found several problems like broken spring bad selenoid and bad transducer sensor! Changed all that and the code kept poping up! I ordered a reconditioned valve body changed it and then i seen that the hardness connection to it was all worned out! So i went to a wreking yard and changed it and now I get two diffrent codes P1763 and P1762 voltage to high or too low on the pressure sensor selenoid! I'm stuck here and any siggestions would help! Thank you all By the way this is on a Dodge Ram 1500 1998 5.9L

Thank you i will do that! Do you think I need to change the entire wiring system? because all i did is cut the wires and connect them together with some wires connectors that you have to tightned them and then they snap together. I'm just thinking that the pcm is detecting the wires not being solid from the manufacture! I also checked the pressure sensor selenoid and it clicks and the ohms were 3.9 so i figured that is working properly!

I didn't do the soldering but I cut the wires about 6 inches away from the hardness connection and i used some bullet splice connections! They snap really good but I'm not sure if that's the problem!
Them bullet splice connectors I believe after part or is your issue. They are not a great connection.
