I will say this having them connectors (commonly called scotch lok connectors) will cause the wires to corrode as they are not sealed. So eventually fix them

I have to get it fixed one way or the other! I can't get it smogged until i clear the codes all together! Even though the truck runs without any signs of problems!

Download the FSM from the the FAQ section. Wiring is in section 8W then test the wires to see if they see getting the right voltage. Usually that code indicates a wiring issue.
