replacing extension cable for parking cables

replacing extension cable for parking cables
does anyone know where i can find the little extension cable for a 2000 ram 1500? its the cable connection the intermediate cable to the rear cable right in front of rear left wheel. ive checked all auto part stores and no one has it. if anyone has done this or know where i can get this cable, please let me know.
