so i want a stick, what needs to be done for me to put a nv4500 under my 2001 Ram 2500 4x4 gaser

 

Pedal assembly.
Clutch Linkage.
Bell housing.
Flywheel.
trans for 4wd.
since you already have a 241 t-case, trans should fit on that end.

Also, to make it 'right', you would need the wiring harness, clutch safety switch, etc from a manual trans truck, and then the PCM, or, reprogram yours for the manual. (otherwise, you will constantly be getting a CEL for things that aren't there any more.)

 

i dont know if the transfer case will work. i thought the manuals and autos used different transfer cases...???? not 100% but you will love the manual alot more power.

 

I seem to remember something about different spline counts on the input for the t-case, but, I am not 100% sure on that..... would bear some additional investigation.

 

i did some digging around my computer and this. i had to replace a t case in a 96 half ton and needed to know what would work. but here ya go.
