yup- a lenum leak will sure cause it quick like.. but..

the magna flow high flows seem to be hit and miss.. I betcha one in five does precisely what yours did and fails real early like.. not that i've had personal experience with it, but i've read where others have had the issue.. enough that it is a trend.

If I order the part, who could install it for me? And about how much would it all total up to?

A mechanic can install it for you. The price varies on location.

Can get a new repair kit plus thermostat for 130$ and then I'll have to buy another cat $125 roughly. Just not sure on labor costs for the plenum fix. How mechanically inclined singly have to be? Ive replaced the water pump, that's about as far into the engine I've been before alone.

Labor costs will run anywhere from $300 to $500 typically, depending on your area and the mechanic.
