How would you attack this snapped off bolt?

The good thing with these manifold bolts snapping is that the manifold itself is not threaded. Once that head snaps off, the manifold is free to slide up allowing access to the bolt shafts. And YUK! The thought of climbing around the back of the engine to do the drilling and tapping like I did does not sound like fun (if ever needed). Many times I thanked God that it was the front bolt that snapped.
