Is that possible? My insurance company doesn't insure it if it does. The truck is a cab and a half.

It's what I wanted. Maybe too good to be true?

That is seriously cheap........ Why would your insurance company not insure it?? I would be real curious what he means by "needs tlc" though.......

That's what I was thinking. Seeing as it's 11:30 in his timezone I can't exactly call. I'm just worried what parts it may need, without labor.

Yeah, damn business hours.

Have a chat with the guy, and see what he has to say. Chances are, it will need the plenum fixed..... and there is some peripheral stuff that you can do while you have it that far disassembled...... You can do the work yourself?

Plenum? And yes, I have 3 years of shop class under a ex-racing teacher and if I can't do it I can always bring it into the shop and have it fixed for the price of the parts.

Check the be-all, end-all plenum thread at the top of this forum. Lotsa good info there.

I have no idea what be-all and end-all means. :/ I'm in the same timezone as the guy.
