so the bore of a stock tb about 48mm and at the throttle plate its opens up tp 50mm or so because stock throttle plates are 50mm
so cut off air horns and then bore out the tb above the plates,,, you wanting to bore out and open up the 48mm part to 50+,,, just dont go below the plates

I just bored mine out with a dremel today and used a brake cylinder hone to clean up the bore. Then I got some sandpaper and polished it all up. Looks got for the little money I have invested in it. Gonna install it tomorrow and hope I notice a difference in throttle response.

This is a little off subject but can someone tell me the torque specs on the throttle body bolts? I'm about to remove the TB spacer that was on my truck when I bought it and check the plenum so I need to know what to torque the bolts to if its needed
