I just bored mine out with a dremel today and used a brake cylinder hone to clean up the bore. Then I got some sandpaper and polished it all up. Looks got for the little money I have invested in it. Gonna install it tomorrow and hope I notice a difference in throttle response.

I went all the way through on mine.

This is a little off subject but can someone tell me the torque specs on the throttle body bolts? I'm about to remove the TB spacer that was on my truck when I bought it and check the plenum so I need to know what to torque the bolts to if its needed

Just run 'em in tight. I am sure there is a specific value, but, I never used a torque wrench on mine. Just don't strip the bolts.
