Hughes Engines is where alot of guys on here have bought them.
You can also find them on ebay for inexpensive, including the plenum bolts too.

Getting the plate off of Ebay, and then picking up the gaskets/intake bolts locally is about the cheapest route.

I'll sell you a complete intake manifold with the hughes plate attached.. you're rig is a '99, and only has one bung for temperature stat- like the one I have.. $150+ shipping.. PM me if you're interested.

Is your kegger modded?

Having a manifold ready to just swap out definitely makes the job quicker.

Well i have a 99 5.2. Do you think it would be easyer to buy the kit, or to go to the dealer **** and get the parts?

The parts aren't Mopar parts, so you wouldnt be able to get the plenum plate from the dealer. You could get a Mopar gasket for it though if you wanted...


Most guys buy a kit like the Hughes kit to part ways with their pesky plenum problems!

I have a 94 ram 5.2 with the only mod so far being a flowmaster 40 series, i run mid grade 89 octane gas and im getting 14.5 driving around the backroads of my town, and im not keeping my rpms below 2500 either, on the highway i get around 17, i saw a 2mpg increase when i switched to 89 octane
