Look in the FAQ section once in a while. You'll all be amazed what's in there. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...converter.html

Well it's the truth. There is a lot to be learned in the FAQ. And I never said do a search. I even provided the link for the non foulers for you. What more you want. I'll be over in a few minutes to work on it for you. Glad I didn't disappoint you.

I pulled the upstream O2 sensor and then drove for close to 30 miles off an on for the rest of the day. It was loud, noticed a little more power, but not much (could also have just been the loudness playing with me), and the odd thing is, the truck didn't throw any codes at me. What does all this mean ?

couldn't replicate the undisireable behavior. It only shows that behavior after 1 to 1.5 hours of driving. Hate to take a 2 hour test drive. Gas isn't cheap. lol

But because it isn't throwing any codes, I am thinking that the O2 sensor might be bad, or I could possibly get some cheap Y-pipe, straight pipe, flowmaster muffler and do without both O2 sensors all together. lol

That's a no shiitter....... And coming up on the holiday weekend, its only gonna get worse. (went from 3.46 to 3.75 in one day here......)

Could try just driving it with the O2 sensor unplugged, but screwed in, so it isn't quite so loud...... Or, just unplug it the next time you take a longer trip.

Gotta have at least the pre-cat O2 sensor, otherwise, you think you gas mileage is bad now???
