So what should I think if the pressure is still at 75. Do u think its the compressor? I also noticed if I put the air on low the air is a little colder the room temperature but still not cold more warmn. Then as I turn the air up the more I turn it up the warmer it is

Does the compressor run? If the pressure doesn't change at all, either the compressor is toast, or there is a blockage in the system somewhere.

Is there any way to figure out if its blocked ? Any way to clear it out? Any tips to try and get it started. I said before the top line never felt cold. It seemed to be hot the whole time. The bottom only got slightly cold whem I was charging it.

You need to have it professionally diagnosed. Without the proper equipment you are just pissin in the wind at this point.

A lot of places will diagnose it for free. They will tell you what's wrong then you decide if you want to spend the dough

Yeah before I even read your response I was thinking that I have seen signs around for free diagnosis on AC at places. I am definitly going to have to check that out.
