Default Is my truck lifted & why no badging?

A few possibly dumb questions coming your way. First, i dont know the first thing about lift kits, I know what they look like but dont even really know where they would go exactly. My truck only has 28" tires on it but it seems a lot higher than stock. It is a 4x4, not sure if those are higher out of the factory or not. My guess is that it has been lifted, at least 2"? And, there is zero badging on this thing. Im happy about it but im a little confused. I know this truck isnt in the best of shape but I bought it from some hillbillies, and there are NO signs of badging ever been there, i just dont think theyd take the time to clean up the residue etc.. theres not even any decals on the tailgate. So my question is, did these trucks EVER come with no badging at all? Its a 97. Thanks

How tall are the blocks between the rear axle, and the spring?

Are there 'leveling blocks' between the front spring, and the upper pocket?

Someone did a good job of de-badging then, so far as I know, all the 97's came with them.

its not hard to debadge a truck about an hour and you would never know it had them, take pictures of control arms, the top of coil and bucket, then the block, leaf springs, the body mounts and we will tell you

The 4x4 are taller than the 2x4. They also made a special offroad edition which had a 2 inch lift. You could go by your local dodge dealer and ask them to print off a build sheet. That would tell you everything your truck came with from the factory.

Well its not a off-road, it is a sport edition though which consists of the body color matched front and rear bumpers and grille.

from the looks of the truck its stock height but we need pictures or descriptions of the suspension parts listed earlier

no i think it might have a 2-2.5'' leveling kit, when i bought my truck stock it had a really bad nose-down stance, after a 3'' coil spacer it sits almost level.

Yeah i think it is either stock or has a leveling kit. I have a 2 inch leveling kit on my truck and i think it has more gap, could just be the angle. I also have bigger tires. I would look for a spacer at the stop of the spring.
