Check the fluid in your rear differential. Sounds like you have some bearings going out.

Is your ABS light on as well??

Can be quite the pain.... depending on which ones are bad. Axle bearings aren't too bad, pinion bearings can be fun.... along with the carrier bearings. If it turns out to be pinion, or carrier bearings, you might be better off paying someone else to do it...... If you screw it up, it get can real expensive, real fast.

Check your brake fluid, see if one of the reservoirs is empty. I am thinkin you might have blown the rear brake line.
