Well I've been building the truck in stages. Its a full blown show truck thats been at SEMA twice now if that gives you an idea. Currently the fuel system is all there, fuel cell, pump -6 lines and billet rails. Has JBA shorties, no cats with full 3in dual exhaust with X pipe and magnaflow mufflers necked down to a 2.5 inch tips to increase back pressure until I need to uncork it with future mods.
Future mods would be cam, tb, intake and heads. But not sure what order I should do them...

How mechanically inclined are you?
If you want, you can click on my name and go to my garage section. I have a very nice cam and 2.02" valve combo right now, but it comes with some extra work.
I just did a thread called "camshaft is in, 2 year ordeal is over" or something along those lines. Read through it, it'll give you an idea of some things to think about when you choose a cam for a 5.2.
If this is going to be a 90% street cruiser, stick with a 1.92" intake valve, it's more than enough for a 318 ci displacement engine. If you are sure to stroke it in the future, go with the 2.02s.

As far as mechanically inclined...i have yet to pay anyone to do anything on my vehicles except for paint and bodywork..
I have read that thread a few times..lol..I'd love to do a 390 kit but I can't bring myself to pull this motor. I'm working 7 days a week averaging 80hrs I just don't have the time for a full build plus theres only 34k on this motor.
