Default Engine temp solved guess the solution

So as some of you already know my truck has been running at 225 ish on the highway. Bought a new 180 t- stat, have not installed it because my 180 t-stat is new. Installed a new 40a inline circut breaker to my e-fans helped a bit. Burped coolant system numerous times, added coolant numerous times, flushed heater core, changed ect sensor. Was running at 215 ish in south Texas heat today. I installed radiator flaps (thats a technical term) made from sheet gasket material. temp went down to about a hair over 200. I need to redo the left side because my local O'reilys only had one roll of gasket material. 94 degrees (feels like 104). I figured it out because it would run at 200 in the city and heat up only on the road.
