repainting the engine bay as we speak... flat black... with rubberized undercoating on the wheel side of the wheel well
I used rustoleum rust transformer, primer then some flat black paint
its sitting in the garage in primer stages...
Once i figure out all the recipes ill let you know how burnt my wallet is haha
and videos will be taken and posted when the time comes!
I really appreciate all the feedback its great motivation when your doing all this work all by your self and you start doubting if you want to continue.....

Overstreet,
Thats looking really good!
Would you mind doing me a huge favor?
Could you please measure the stock piston from the top of the piston face to the first ring groove with a dial caliper? Also if you could measure the depth of the first ring groove, meaning how far into the piston it goes. I need to know how much meat is on the piston's face before you get to the first ring groove. I have a project of my own beginning tomorrow, and that information would be most helpful.
Thanks!

If you don't have to DRIVE the truck to the parts store, take whatever fittings you are going to need to replace with you. Bag and tag them though, so you know which ones go where.

So far as I know, yes. All you should need is the handy dandy little tool that is pretty cheap at just about any place that sells car stuff.

have to replace the brake hoses as well because their fittings are really bad too
debating whether or not the replace the line that goes from both of the front calipers kinda like a pressure equalizer
I believe i just have 2 wheel anti lock
