Dropping the tranny on me would not be fun. Damage to tranny, damage to me....The expense is well justified in a project that goes well (IMHO).
yeah Im gonna go get one before i start today

Hey, I knew I was slow, but dang...j/k. I would hope ya'll arent talkin about me...lol. Anywho, I keep lucking out. Precision of New Hampton happens to have a stocking warehouse 4 miles from my house and when I ordered The T/C today, I had it this evening on my way home from work. Stoked! They did however charge me the $100.00 core and for a return shipping label and handling fee. But when all is said and done, it will have only set me back $137.50. Not too shabby IMO.

When I ordered mine from precision, it took only 2 days to receive it...and I live in Cali.

Taking my time with the valve body and installing the sure cure simultaneously. I'm taking lots of pictures of reassembling the valve body cause I intend on doing a comprehensive write up. Only thing I'm hung up on now is the TV spring. Should I just install the purple one that came with the sure cure kit? I want firm solid shifts. I'm not really into the smooth shifting. I would think the firmer, faster, harder, delayed shifts would wear the clutches less. I guess I'm just confused on the TV pressure adjustments. Those instructions are kinda vague.
