Default anyone knows how this part is called?

i need to replace this part on both of my doors but i have no clue whats its called, can one help me?

here is a pic and its highlighted its a black strip of rubber and than underneeth is a metal piece it keeps water from coming into the inside of the door.

can that crap rust underneath? i got crazy lookin crap bubbling up under mine.

Yep, its rubber, or, some equivalent... over a steel 'frame', as it were. Mine are doing the same thing.

yeah my rusted on both sides by the edge, now there is a gap.
