What should i offer for them? and also can i paint the doors over the paint thats on there or would i have to remove the paint and tham paint the color to match my truck?

You would want to sand any clear coat off the replacement doors, if you were just gonna spray bomb them to make them look half way decent. However...to do it properly, for the best possible outcome, I would take and get them down as close to bare metal as possible, fix any problem areas, prime them, seal them, paint them, then clear them...it all depends on what kind of budget your looking at though.

In order for new paint to stick to the doors, you have to at least scuff any area that will be painted. Use scotchbrite and scuff the shine off everything, then clean it with a final wipe, or at least some non-chloronated brake clean. But thats the bare minimum. If the old paint on the new doors is flaking or bubbling at all, you should remove that entire layer. If you paint over it, the lower layers will just continue to peel and take your new paint off with it. You just need to make sure you have a good base for the new paint to adhere to.

If you have to ask you may want to take it to a auto body shop to do it.
Probably the biggest problem you'll run in to is getting the paint to match the rest of the vehicle. Even if you get the same factory paint etc it can vary slightly sometimes.
I wouldn't recomend "spray bombing" the doors but it is your vehicle so you can do as you please with it.
However ... You don't have to strip all the paint off the door unless you have to make some repairs to it or if the paint is peeling or rust forming underneath it. You'll definitely will have to sand off the clear coat and the top layers of the base coat though. BTW it's going to take more than just a scuff pad or "scotchbrite" to do it. Depending on the amount of rust on your current door you can fix them.
Now I have read that some of the bed liner stuff requires the surface area to be prepped with a scuff pad....
