Ordered the Summit wires, cap and rotor, comp cams dbl roller timing chain.dynomax 180 deg thermostat, all should be here wednesday.
havnt decided on a water pump, but may just get a new one from autozone(I get 20% off there)
Fel-Pro Gaskets, new injector o rings, bypass hose and incidentals from the zone
Sct tuner from Hemifever if I have any $$$ left when Im done
Was recommended to change the timing chain tensioner....undecided Guess I'll se if the dealer has one in stock and if they do decide when i tear it down..
Does anyone have a pic of the inside of the '99 Kegger? Cant seem to find one and kinda want to preplan the mod before i take it apart, Does it have the divider?

also glad to see that stnlycup is in the process of doing his. we pretty much have the same project ahead (minus the rollers for me). glad to have knowledgeable guys on here to help!
You need part number S70037 for the Harland sharp 1.7 roller rockers.
S70036 if you want the 1.6 stock ratio, but that seems like a waste of money, honestly.
If you want adjustables for any reason, add a capital "A" to the end of the part number, but be warned that increases the price by about $135 bucks.

If ya get really stuck, PM me. I check in here fairly regularly...... if it comes right down to it, I do indeed have a phone.
Whew!!!!..Plenum is finally done....Flushed the coolant system....ran seafoam in the crankcase for a few mins, then changed the oil. The inside of the lifter valley was remarkably clean. Truck runs well, we'll see if my milage gets any better when i fill up again...Ran about 120 highway miles since i got it done.
Next, I have to PM Hemifever and inquire about my options for the tuner
AND the plenum gasket was severly blown..bellied out between almost all the bolts...I only have 61000 on the truck and I believe I only drove it for 2-3000 miles that way...The cat seems ok
