Default Any luck with Dodge replacing cracked dash?

I have seen a lot of posts on this subject but wanted to see if anyone had had any success in getting Dodge to recognize and replace this problem.

From what I have seen/read...... A fair few folks have complained, but, I don't think any of them have gotten a fix out of it.

If they were gonna do anything about it, it would have been done a long time ago...when I get ready to do mine, I am just gonna do a dash coverlay from eBay...

Dodge will never do anything...The coverlay is what I did, I don't even think about it any more...It's a non issue.

Yup, these vehicles are at least 10 years old now. You'd need a bumper-to-bumper type warranty for dash cracking to be covered, and no vehicle company I've ever seen has offered more than a 3 year bumper-to-bumper.

In short, no, you won't get anywhere with Chrysler on cosmetic issues because these are older vehicles.
