Default alternator question
A question for you boys that have the 136 amp alternator,

What is the fuse size for the alternator in your power distribution center?

I have a 117 amp alt, but I'm looking to bump it up to the 136 amp alt to offset the e fan draw. My current fuse says 140 amp, but I wonder if that is enough headroom for that bigger alternator.

I'm gonna say you're OK.
I have the 117 amp alt. on my 96 and it has a 120 amp fuse.

Mine is 140 as well, I got the 136 amp alt from the factory.
