My ram revs up when I put it in park

Dumb answer. But did you make sure you installed the TPS correctly? If you installed it wrong it'll make it idle weird... I did that one time...

since IAC is replaced,and the idle settles down on a throttle/gas pedal tap, i'd guess that either the TB plates are binding open, or the throttle cable is binding open, or the TPS is not sensing the idle position right.

if you remove the air cleaner and sit up in the engine bay, can you repeat the problem and eyeball whats going on, and compare it to how it looks after you bump the throttle.

The throttle body did not change position or anything when it was revving high. I'm not sure what else to check??
