The GoodYear Wrangler A/T seem to be pretty decent on my truck so far, and at $700 for four 33x12.5 r15 was not so bad. I got that price because I got them from the Navy exchange I priced them out in town and got an average of about $900 mounted and balanced.

They were brand new in this pic and after about 3k they don't look much worse.

My Procomp Xtreme A/T's are pretty respectable in the dirt and mud and great in the snow! I got mine through a farmer's co-op as blems, so I payed 560 mount and balanced. They were still brand new and i haven't had any problems with them. 10k in and still have 80% tread (on the ones i didn't burn out on)........

I was in the same boat as you when I did my lift and wanted 35s. I live in Florida for the time being but have lived in Georgia since the early '90s and still co-own some huntin/fishing land up there. I have a Grand Cherokee as a daily driver, but when I take the truck up to the farm and back, it's 360 miles each way, mostly interstate and I don't want to chew up M/Ts on the way up and back. Problem is, when I get there I do a lot off-road. Hog hunt, deer hunt, duck hunt and I've got some real good fishing hot spots that are good because they are not easy to get to. Not to mention, Georgia red clay mud is about the worst!

I got Cepek FCIIs because it's a true hybrid, a traditional A/T center tread, heavily siped with narrow rain channels for the street but with very aggressive outer blocks, just like an M/T with large voids and decent side biters. About 32k on them at the moment and probably only about 90% tread left on them. They aren't gonna hang with Boggers or Mickey Baja Claws, but they'll go where most M/Ts go and last at least twice as long.

Not a cheap tire by any means, but the longevity will probably make it comparable to a cheaper tire, price-wise in the end...

thansk for the input guys, what do yal think about the BFG A/t's? have always heard good things about them. and i think to save a little bit of money ima go to the 265/75 rather than the 285/75. only talkin about an inch or half an inch different.

Have a look at these http://www.fiercetires.com/tires/attitude-mt/index.html I have had them on my truck for about 3 weeks and so far I am impressed with them.

I seem to be going through a set of tires a year, best to worst

Cooper STT
Fierce Attitude M/T
Dick Cepek FC-2 (This is a real good all purpose tire)
Goodyear mtr with kevlar(POS)
