Default Bad bounce while braking

99 Ram 1500 left side has severe bouncing at 50mph when I attempt to start braking and will continue until at a complete stop.
It does not do it all the time. Took to mechanic shop and he said bad spindle, he changed it, turned rotor and also changed out both of the ball joints.
Truck still does the same thing, others said it might be the shocks. I am wondering if it could be a bad tire although it does not do it all the time, and the tires only have about 20,000 miles on them. It onlydoes it perhaps 1 out of 3 stops at 50 and above.
thanks for any suggestions.

Check the track bar AND the shock. It is one or the other, or both.
