Ring Gear Backlash Adjuster
Have found it necessary to make a tool to loosen the ring gear backlash adjusters on my 9.25 rear end.
Does anyone know the size of nut or bolt that will fit in the adjuster? Plan on using a nut or bolt, piece of rebar, and a cheap socket with a little bit of welding to make the tool.
Just missing this one critical piece of info.

I think it's 1". The tool is in the shop;I will check for you in the morning to make sure. After reading the above i guess i don't have to.
