Default Check engine light + parking/brake light is on after tearing down t-case?

Hi..

Yesterday i changed the gaskets on my transfer case because it was leaking.
Now after driving like 50km the Check Engine light came on and My speedo stopped working 20km before..
Parking and brake light were on before i changed the gaskets so maybe it is the rear abs sensor??
Theese two lights + engine light is on

A friend of mine had an OBD2 reader so he plugged it in i found one trouble code, P0500.
Do you think it is the rear sensor?
Can I test the sensor with a multimeter?

I tried to unplug the rear sensor and drived. Nothing were different.
Then i pulled the cables back in the rear sensor and unplugged the sensor on my transfer case and it was all like before.. Weird?
Shouldn´t it stay on the first gear then? It shifted like before..

Pulled the cabels on the sensor on my transfer case back and droved 10km and then the Engine Light were on again.
Over Drive is working

You should also have an output speed sensor in the trans, or, the tailshaft of the t-case. That is the one that runs the speedo. If you dropped the t-case, did you plug that sensor back in?

Yes i have a sensor on the tailshaft of the t-case and it is plugged in.
I didn´t take the whole t-case down, only the middle part and backwards
