Mopar owns the patent on ATF+ 4. If it says the on the label, then mopar treated and approved it at some point.

Technically, the walmart supertech brand should be just as good as the mopar brand.

Exactly right...and I will tell you that Chrysler is VERY VERY strict when it comes to testing and who they issue their ATF+4 license to...they are a ton more strict than GM with their Dexron license.
