You definitely should not be hot running those with that shroud. The TCP shroud fixed my slightly warm problem immediately. I'm only running 4200 CFM.

You've got something else major going on there. I'm thinking coolant blockage (failed t stat or clogged radiator), dead water pump, or head gasket blown.

you can get those bottles at moe's.. they are high dollar though.. kinda hexagonal shaped lookin' things..

can you snap a pic of your rig? I'm trying to wrap my brain around how you have it set up.. do you have a push/pull? how did you fit them both 16" diameter fans on the radiator?

I have the same fans.. I push with one, have about a 4" overlap, and pull with the other.. fwiw: the fans don't push as much as they can pull.. but anyway, the blades of the fan have to be removed and flipped to push.. if the shroud you have is creating an area of dead pressure because the fans are fighting themselves, then there is your problem... a pic would help though..

Got um Pulling w/o shroud. Im talking 20-25 degrees cooler just by removing the shroud. Do yall think my off road lights blocked that much air flow? All i did was remove the shroud and off road lights.

I went through problems like this when I had my S10 with a V8 in it. I bought it with a single 16 and no shroud. Had a Griffin aluminum radiator. Would get too hot in traffic in the summer. No matter what combination of fans I had on it it would not keep it cool without a shroud. Finally got a Taurus fan and shroud and it would not go over 180. Ever. I've thought about doing the E-fan on the Dodge but I have no problems with it running hot so I kind of hate to mess with a good thing. Hottest it's got was about 195* with a 180 stat pulling a 4500 lb trailer up Monteagle mountain in TN with temps in the 90's. Like was already mentioned I think your problem is somewhere else. Are the fans wired correctly?

The entire cooling system is brand spanking new. Everything is wired properly, just removed my 3rd and 4th off road light from my grill and test drove it. 200* is where it stayed on the highway. As far as pic use your imagination. I'll bleed the system again tonight. Put it up on ramps. Ill take pics in a bit. Running peak 50/50 pre diluted.

dunno i might put it back on just to check if the lights blocking the grill was the problem. I'll let you know though.
