I don't have any experience with that exact setup however, as far as I know, the 6 bolt round pattern is standard across the board. If you have this pattern, it should work just fine. Remember, if your driveshaft is on the drivers side, to drop the tcase order the passenger drop clocking ring and vice versa. They are designed to take the t case up so if you need to go down, you need to order the opposite one.

So..the NP231 is a 6 bolt round pattern so hopefully it'll work. Just have to figure out the if a seal adapter is needed and make sure to avoid any leakage.

gdstock: the clocking ring just adjusts the tcases position where it attaches to the trans. Not exactly sure how since I haven't done it though. I just need it so it so it lessens the chance of the driefshaft binding up from too high of an angle.

Clocking ring is designed to let you raise/lower the front output end of the t-case. For lots o' lift, need to lower the front output, to keep drive line angles where they need to be. (and possibly avoid having to get a longer shaft as well...)

exactly... If I lift it anymore than 7" I'll most likely have to extend my shaft or buy a high pinion angle one.

Thanks for the explanations. I can't visualize how that would do it. My Ram is 2WD but I was just wondering. I have been thinking about lifting my Yota, so I'll do some looking. Being kind of visual - I kind of have to see it. So I will hanging out here to see how it develops (translation - post plenty of pics!)

Clocking ring goes between the t-case, and the trans. It allows you to rotate the t-case, with the trans output shaft as the center of rotation. Consider what would happen if you took all the bolts out that held the trans to the t-case, the front output shaft end of the t-case would drop..... clocking ring lets you do that in steps.

OK. That is starting to make sense now. So this would leave the xfer case installed at and angle to allow front driveshaft angle to be close to normal.
