Default Wheel & Tranny Question

I put the rims from the 04 Ram I bought ($50 bucks for all 4 and tires, from brother in law) on the passenger side and the factory ones on the driver side so I can compare how they look, if my digital camera didn't take a dump I'd post pictures. They look pretty good, and there is plenty of clearance on the front tire.

They are the same style as in this picture

My question if the back of the stock rims has a much flatter surface then the 04 rim, it's not got nearly as much flat surface because of the design on the back of the wheel (wish I could post pictures). Is that gonna be an issue? It's a bigger wheel and tire and there is less rim against the rotor and brake drum.

Also while jacking up the front of the truck I noticed drops of tranny fluid on the bottom tranny pan, and it appears that the pan is dented (F**K). I did do a little off roading a while back and did bottom out a tad bit. But haven't noticed any fluid loss until now.

Thanks

Provided the rims have not been modified, they are perfectly safe.

Probably started leaking at the gasket surface when you thumped the pan.

it happens......

No modifications to the rim, all stock. Just wanted to be sure.

Guess I'm in for another pan gasket soon.

Truck's gonna look sweet with those rims on it.

Judging by the height difference between the driver and passenger side it looks like the truck will sit about 2" or so higher with 04 wheels.
