plenum done still running crappy

No I did not clean the tb so I guess ill try seafoam and throwing a bunch of parts at it. Would unplugging any of the o2 sensor show anything

Unplugging the precat O2 might tell you if it's not reading right. (truck runs better without it..) your cat may be partially clogged as well, so, another test would be to remove the O2 sensor from the hole, and see if the truck runs better. (do the unplugged test first, just to verify that it is NOT the O2 causing the trouble....)

Thanks ill try that im running out of money for repairs and I don't want to keep buying parts for it hoping it will fix it and I really need it ready by this weekend to take the camper out and we have already reserved the site before the truck broke

So I drove it around about 20min with no cell unplugged o2 sensor and another quick drive and it threw a cel for o2 but with no diferenc to the iddl or driving so I clears the cel and seafomd it with no difference and now im ready to sell the truck im about out pf money and out of ideas

Could the ******* chain cause this I checked with a scanner and its running 20 degrees advanced

Did you try driving with the O2 sensor removed from the exhaust?

If your timing was stable, prolly not timing chain. How many miles on the truck?

If the idle is crappy, clean the throttle body.

Did not tuch the distributer only has 125k miles did not take off the o2 yet unplugging the pre cat did nothing def missing alot and running very rich im stumped

May just be unburned gas, due to the misfires. (guess the injectors are working fine eh?) Did you change your dist cap when you did the plenum?

Unscrew the o2 from the pipe and leave it hang plugged in. The pre cat o2.
