Default plenum done still running crappy

So just got the plenum fixed and it needed it their was a crap load of oil in there fired it up and still will barely iddl it does better when under throttle but still doesn't feel right so next all new plugs no change I notice it smells like its running ritch no smoke good oil pressure not overheating and now im stuck and tired of throwing parts at it ia there any cheap easy ways to narrow down my option and be able to test individual components

i would try and o2 sensor. with a bad plenum the oil will ruin the o2 readings and can cause the truck to run like ***.

Should I check the one right before the cat is there an easy way to test it or do I just have to throw in a new one

Get a new NTK o2 from rock auto. And did you clean the TB when you had it apart. The IAC and bore on the back of it in particular?

Also the cat can get clogged from the oil that came from the bad plenum

That would be SeaFOAM. I could just see someone dropping fried shrimp down the throttle body.
