Chrome is the Devil, paint it black.

The only chrome I have on my truck is the tube for my CAI, only because when I put it in I did not have any black paint.

Lol so looks like more people like it blacked out, I was leaning towards that i'll drive it a few more weeks and see if I like the chrome still lol, As for the ambient temp it's like 50F out when I leave for work, should I try to let the truck heat up some? It won't damage the transmission right? I have a good set of torx keys already, and if I get a harbor freight torque wrench for the bands will it be ok? I read one person fried their bands using that.
Thanks for all the input guys.

Once a torque wrench is dropped it is basically useless until it is calibrated again. Harbour freight tools are cheap and pretty crap to begin with and I would not trust one. Stuff like that you get what you pay for and a $15 wrench is a $15 wrench.

HeyYou, you picked the only Stones song I like.

Find one that comes with a plastic case or buy one for it. Also they have little screws in them, DON'T **** WITH THEM, they adjust it to calibrate them. As long as you don't beat the hell out of it it should be good from the company. Truthfully I would get one from a Mac or Snap-a-part truck if you don't mind paying out the ***.

I wish I could afford snap on, I'd love to buy there tools but way out of my price range at the minute. I'm gonna get a craftsman it's $70ish and has a case.
