Default I replaced the AC compressor but cant out figure how much oil i meed

so i replaced my AC compressor and everywhere I read someone says either a diffent amount of oil is needed or says to measure what was in the old one and go from there. I spilled some of the oil in the old one so I cant really measure from that. Anybody know how much oil i put into the compressor.
