so i started commuting 55km to work everyday and i thought id change some little things to help the mileage. when i removed the air cleaner to change the filter, i realised that the gasket between it and and throttle body was broken in one spot. through me trying to get the cleaner back on and keep the gasket sitting well it broke in 3 other places

so i goto Napa, they cant get the gasket, the dealership cant get it, canadian tire cant get it, and there isnt even anyone in town that sells rubber o rings that size. any help finding one would be appreciated.

You are talking about the appx 6 in rnd 1/4 in wide yes? You should be able to use a standard carb to air cleaner geasket. It looks exactly the same.

 

got a factory dodge part nuber??i need one too, i can see the airgap ont eh cleaner on mine..

mine is actually missing it broke off so bad i just took it off as i said if you call the dodge dealer in fayetteville he says he has got them I am going to get one today if u want me to pick u up one lmk within the next hr its 9:15am here

 

found a better deal at advance auto 1.59

 

ya know you could always make one, who said it has to be factory!
