Need help with transmission problem
The code implies that the cat is not working correctly. Not a problem when you have gutted the cat. Not knowing it's condition, you should first wrap on it and see if you hear thing rattling around inside it. The TPS is better off being tested by volts. (analog multimeter best). The procedure is in the Haynes or the FSM download in the FAQ section.
As far as your last post goes, that is most likely a bad fuel pressure regulator on top of the fuel pump.

So long as voltage/percentage goes smoothly from one end of the scale, to the other, and you are greater than 3.5 volts at WOT, its all good.
Bank 1 sensor 2 is the post cat O2 sensor. If it isn't currently setting codes, don't worry about it.
