Default brakes make a click and poping sounds when applied

my brakes at times when I'm backing up slowing and making a slow stop sometimes make a poping sound. Its just one pop. I had a jeep do it before after I put ebc yellowstuff brakes on it and they had a rep for squealing and making noise. After pulling the brakes apart on the truck to replace the wheel bearing and ball joints I have noticed this pop. I even put a brake hardware kit on to replace the old clips and stuff. I do not believe the truck has the rite or original bolts in the calipers for the brakes. I was thinking maybe the pads are able to shift just enought to make a poping sounds. The brakes stop perfectly fine. I was thinking I will replace these bolts and see if that does it. Anyone ever experience this or have any other ideas?

check that the little metal anti-rattle clips are in the right spot.

its definitly not the rattle clips. I replaced them when I replaced the ball joints and wheel bearings. The clips were all messed up and sliding off and making contact with my rim when i turned.

you think not having the rite bolts in here would be causing the problem?

Not having the right bolts in there could prove to be fatal.......
